Sustainability Strategy

At east coast living DEVELOPMENTS, we are dedicated to helping our clients achieve their environmental stewardship goals. We offer a range of services, from:

• Coordinating remediation and reclamation planning and execution including co-management of the Dormant Sites Program and Dormant Site Reclamation Program (DSRP) funding 
• Managing environmental regulatory inputs such as Schedule A/B reports, wildlife mitigation, Area Based Analysis inputs, wetland and stream crossing reporting and mitigation as well as evaluating and incorporating environmental, regulatory and policy changes into project planning
• Managing Integrated Pest Management Program (IPMP) for Operations to ensure constructed infrastructure is included in the MOE Pesticide Use Application
• Managing post-construction environmental reporting and mitigation (i.e., Schedule B, Environmental Protection Plan ‘EPP’ compliance).
